1. Designation of responsible employee The Board of Education shall designate an individual as the employee to coordinate school district Title IX compliance officer. The designee shall be responsible for continuing oversight of district educational programs and activities with regard to compliance with Title IX and its administrative regulations, including the development of all necessary procedures and regulations.
