Miami-Yoder School Closure Extended to April 20, 2020

Miami-Yoder School District  joins Pikes Peak area school districts in closing all school facilities until April 20, 2020. 

In addition, all extra-curricular activities are canceled for the school year, including:

  • Prom
  • Athletic training and events
  • Concerts
  • Award Nights

Miami Yoder is following the federal and national guidelines mandated at this time.

Currently, Graduation Service in May 2020 is planned – details and more information will follow over the upcoming weeks.

Miami-Yoder School District is a small, rural school district located approximately 38 miles east of Colorado Springs, Colorado. We serve a Pre-School through 12th grade population of approximately 316 students in three schools: Elementary (P-5), Middle School (6-8), and High School (9-12).
