Policy – Colorado students who are not district residents shall not be charged tuition; enrollment is decided through inter-district choice/open enrollment policies. The district may enter written agreements with a student’s district of residence for tuition payment. Nonresident students with disabilities require notice to their district of residence, which is responsible for tuition. Out-of-state students are charged tuition per Board-adopted rates. The Board considers exception requests from parents/guardians.
