(Title I) Pursuant to federal law, school districts receiving Title I funds to provide educational services to students must do so in accordance with Title I of Every Student Succeeds Act. Title I funds shall be used to provide educational services to supplement the educational services provided for district students with state and local funds. By adoption of this policy, the district ensures equivalence among its schools in teachers, administrators and other staff and equivalence in the provision of curriculum materials and instructional supplies.
