All instructional, administrative and supervisory positions in the school district shall be established initially by the Board. All changes in the titles and/or responsibilities of administrative and supervisory positions shall be approved by the Board. The Board delegates to the superintendent the task of writing job descriptions which shall include the essential functions required for specific positions.
