Resident elementary students who become nonresidents Students enrolled in elementary school who become nonresidents during or between school years may remain enrolled in or re-enroll in the elementary school subject to the following requirements: 1. The student was included in the district’s most recent pupil enrollment count and has been enrolled continuously in elementary school since the count was taken. 2.
