During all contact hours that a teacher is on district property and is performing services on behalf of the school district, and while performing such services at school sponsored activities off district property, the teacher will be responsible for the control of all students that fall within his/her assigned supervision and to other students physically in his/her presence. Supervision of students on school property shall be provided under the direction of the building principal for a reasonable time before and after classes are in session.
