Regulation – This regulation governs immunization compliance procedures for district students. Exemptions require medical certification or completion of the state’s online education module; nonmedical exemptions must be renewed annually. Non-compliant students receive 14-day written notice before suspension or expulsion proceedings begin. Suspensions terminate automatically upon compliance. Students in out-of-home placements must be enrolled immediately regardless of immunization record status.
