Policy – Student activity funds promote student welfare, education, and morale, financing authorized activities of student organizations and the district. Funds are subject to Board policies and superintendent regulations, managed through sound business practices including budgeting, accounting, and audits. Funds augment but don’t replace district-financed activities. Student body funds benefit all students with democratic management. Club funds benefit specific organizations and contributing students. Fund-raising minimizes commercial competition. Clubs may use district facilities if no additional costs are incurred.
