Adequate service, safety and efficient operations will be the goals in planning of school bus schedules, routes, and stops. The supervisor of transportation will be responsible for the development of these transportation plans that will be subject to the approval of the superintendent. Spot location maps, developed using school census information and supplementary surveys will be used in the planning of routes.
