Sudden cardiac arrest often strikes healthy individuals with no prior symptoms, so it is extremely important to be proactive in detecting dangerous heart conditions.
Miami-Yoder Schools has taken an important step to ensure the health and safety of our student athletes by offering cardiovascular testing to our students (ages 12-25) here on school grounds on September 26, 2016.
Wimbledon Athletics will be providing non-invasive EKG, echocardiogram, and vascular ultrasound testing to make sure your child can participate safely in sports.
It is critical that you make sure your child is tested. Registration consists of two steps:
