Miami Yoder School District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to expand, update and improve the cafeteria by expanding it by approximately 1200 SF and adding 600 SF storage facilities as well as acquire and install a 150 KW propane generator for the safety and security needs of the district.

In November 2025, the District received voter approval for the issuance of General Obligation Bonds in the amount of $1.2 million to fund this project. Construction is intended to begin in July 2026 with completion by July 2027.

  • RFP Closing Date: May 29, 2026 at 2:00 PM (MST)
  • RFP Evaluation Completed: Week of June 1, 2026
  • Intent to Award Announcement: June 15, 2026

Submittal Requirements

  • Provide your experience with similar projects in the Colorado K-12 market within the last three years.
  • Provide at least two references for similar projects completed within the last three years.
  • The District requests a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the project; please indicate your ability to provide this in writing.
