Homeless students are enrolled without tuition or required records, with placement decisions prioritizing student best interests and school stability. Disputes are resolved through the McKinney-Vento procedure while students remain enrolled pending resolution. Transportation is provided or cost-shared based on student location relative to district boundaries.
