The following procedures shall be followed in effecting a Board action pursuant to a drop in enrollment; turnaround; phase-out; reduction in program; or reduction in building, including closure, consolidation or reconstitution that causes non-probationary teachers to be displaced. 1. Notice to individual teacher Within 10 days after receiving the Board’s statement of action that includes personnel implications, the superintendent shall cause written notice of displacement to be provided to all displaced teachers.
