The Board recognizes that not all facility improvement needs have the same level of importance. Therefore the Board directs the superintendent to develop a process to prioritize the relative importance of each facility improvement need. The four following priority groups shall be used in prioritizing capital improvements: 1. Priority Group 1 – Critical projects 2. Priority Group 2 – Necessary projects 3. Priority Group 3 – Deferrable necessary projects 4. Priority Group 4 – Desirable projects
